Listening, supporting and empowering through activity

We empower young people and their families by listening and shaping support around their needs.
Listening to young people
Rather than expecting you to fit into an existing service, we shape support around you. We do this through our referral process, which is us listening to you, hearing what you have to say and shaping the support to your interests, goals, and individual needs.
Our support is offered through activity, creativity, and connection. That might mean talking, cooking, creating, getting outside, growing, walking, making something or simply spending time with someone who listens. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. We find what works for you.
Our support takes place in local community venues, green spaces and the natural environment. Rather than focusing solely on talking about difficulties, we use activities and relationships as a starting point for connection, conversation and change.
Supporting Families
When a young person is struggling the impact can be felt across the whole family. We offer one to one and group support for parents, helping them to build knowledge, confidence and self-care strategies so they can better support and advocate for their children, while also looking after their own wellbeing.
