We offer a range of nature based, skill building and creative activities for young people and their families.

How we do it

Once we have listened and understood what young people and their families are interested in we can offer a range of creative, nature based and skill building activities designed around this.

Here are some ideas of projects that we can offer. If there are activities you would like to suggest please let us know.

Cook… and be heard

cooking food and life skills that build independence, confidence and conversation.

Green… and be heard

nature, outdoor and environmental activities that support wellbeing and personal development.

Create… and be heard

arts, crafts and creative projects that provide alternative ways to express thoughts and feelings.

Move… and be heard

exercise, movement and fitness-based activities to build on physical resilience and holistic health.

Counselling

Alongside these opportunities, we can offer therapeutic support and counselling from qualified practitioners, using a trauma-informed and relationship-based approach.  By incorporating creative approaches into counselling, we can make therapeutic support more accessible, engaging, and comfortable for young people who may find traditional talking therapies difficult.

Through shared experiences and meaningful activities, young people can access support in ways that feel natural and engaging, helping them develop resilience, trust, strengthen relationships and navigate life’s challenges.
