About us
…and be heard is a community interest company that provides community-based mental health and wellbeing support for young people up to the age of 25 and their families living in East Sussex and Brighton and Hove.
We work in local community venues, green spaces and the natural environment using activities to encourage conversation, build confidence and promote emotional wellbeing.
